i think you should just ignore it, and if it happens again and he denies it yet you;re hearing it from other people, then its no coincidence.

just make it clear to him you won’t stick around if he’s cheating on you. demand the truth, and if he still denies, ask him why everyone else is saying that he’s cheating. unless he can come up with something convincing, best to “take a break”.
well what you gave me i cant really say that hes cheating but then again i wouldnt know you can tell if he is cheating if he is constantly leaving you all the time alone at weird times or is somewhat avoiding you when he isnt at work if you really believe your friends that he is cheating then you could dump him but then agian you have been with him for 3 years also if it was ONLY 1 night and never ever again talk about it get to the truth and forgive and forget it only happened once who knows he could have been drunked and if its only once and u guys have been with each other 4 3 years then just forgive him if its true and just forget it
