how to look at online tmobile account of cheating husband?

Not without going to jail straight after. I agree with T Mobile’s approach to this, they cant just hand out details about their customers because their partners are angry. Sadly, thats just how it is.
if you can get ahold of his phone or sim card(and put it in another phone) and get the password sent by clicking the “forgot password” link on Tmobile.com, you can atleast get the password there.. hope it helps
